Hi Bajee Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction

Welcome to hi bajee. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the hi bajee website, mobile platform, games and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). Hi bajee is operated for the benefit of players in Bangladesh and is designed to provide a fair, transparent and enjoyable online gaming experience.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, date of birth, phone number and any other details requested during the registration process. Hi bajee reserves the right to verify this information at any time.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.

• Account sharing — allowing another person to use your hi bajee account — is prohibited.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits at hi bajee are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. These are the only accepted payment methods at this time.

• Deposits are credited to your hi bajee account instantly upon confirmation from your mobile financial service provider.
• The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• Hi bajee does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Hi bajee reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at hi bajee are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering.

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few hours of submission for verified accounts.
• The minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Hi bajee does not charge withdrawal fees. The amount you request is the amount sent to your mobile wallet.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Hi bajee reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Hi bajee may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all hi bajee bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any withdrawal can be made.
• Hi bajee reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent restrictions, or colluding with other players — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering process.
• If hi bajee determines that a player has registered solely to claim a bonus without genuine intent to play, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the hi bajee platform use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. This ensures that every spin, every hand and every crash point is statistically independent and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent the theoretical long-term average payout percentage for each game. Individual sessions may vary significantly from the published RTP. Hi bajee does not guarantee any specific outcome or profit from playing any game on the platform.

• Players must not use any software, script, bot or automated tool to interact with hi bajee games.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the hi bajee platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text and software — is the property of hi bajee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any hi bajee content without prior written permission.
• The hi bajee name, logo and brand identity may not be used in any context without explicit written authorisation.
• Game content is licensed from third-party providers and is subject to those providers' intellectual property rights in addition to hi bajee's own rights.

11 Privacy & Data

12 Limitation of Liability

13 Account Suspension & Closure

Hi bajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Inactivity for an extended period, in accordance with hi bajee's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, hi bajee reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14 Changes to These Terms

Hi bajee reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the hi bajee platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
